Training the brain and body takes repetition, and the more repetition the better. This doesn’t apply to everything in life, of course, and you can over do some things. For example, weight training the same body parts every day isn’t a good idea, as the rest day is an important part of the overall training. But when you are learning something new, or focusing on achieving and completing a goal, then doing a bit every day and not trying to cram it all in is a wonderful habit to acquire.
