I think that life has become more crowded - we can be reached any where at any time it seems. And there is so much to know. We are swamped with information from all sources. The trouble is we don’t always have the calm and stillness of mind to be able to discern what is truly valuable amidst the information overload. To be more perceptive we need to have a quieter mind.
At Hypnosisdownloads.com I draw upon my experiences of successfully treating people in sessions and aim to translate these approaches to the scripts I produce for the hypnotic downloads.
This session uses visualization and suggestions for quietening the mind, not just when people have the space to relax but also when they need a quiet mind - which means when they are actually amidst the chaos of their busiest times. My life is very busy like billions of other people and I use these approaches to manage my own stress levels. We all need a bit of inner balance and harmony sometimes - especially first thing on a Monday morning.
