Well, to answer my own question, a problem isn’t a problem when you can see the solution. In the latest hypnotic download for hypnosisdownloads.com Overcoming obstacles I focus on hypnotically encouraging people to overcome problems by seeing them as challenges that automatically take them into creative problem solving mode rather than defeatist mode.
How to overcome obstacles
Something is only an ‘obstacle’ if viewed that way. When life demands that we put some effort in by trying to solve some problem, we can respond in one of two ways. We can either adjust our thoughts and feelings towards the ‘problem’ or we can change our behavior. We have even more options when we can do both and take positive action to overcome the obstacle.
Creative problem solving
In the Overcoming obstacles session I give examples of inspirational real life problem solving where people found ingenious ways of getting over the obstacles. In fact, when you become adept at clearly seeing many different angles on a situation, then what appears intractable to others becomes – on occasion – easily surmountable by you.
That ability to see possibility and solution where others see a brick wall is an aspect of what we refer to as ‘wisdom’.
That’s all from me for now folks.
Mark
